IMPORTANT: Business Closure and Final Sale Terms

Threaded Embroidery is permanently closing its operations. The final day for all orders is 10 February 2026.

 

Due to the nature of this final sale, our standard policies have been updated to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process. By placing an order between now and 10 February 2026, you agree to the following revised terms.

SHIPPING POLICY: Final Order Fulfillment

Threaded is currently only shipping domestically within South Africa.

All products and kits purchased from the shop will be delivered to your doorstep.​

Order Fulfillment Deadline: 

All orders placed by the final closing date of 10 February 2026 will be processed and shipped. We commit to dispatching all final orders no later than 14 February 2026

Shipping Rates:

Our revised shipping rates for the final sale are:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A fixed fee of R50 applies to all orders under R500.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over R500 qualify for free shipping 🎉

  • Free Local Pickup: Collect your order from us in Cape Town, Gardens for free.

Delivery Time:

Items are usually shipped within 1-3 working days of confirmation of payment. Items are delivered within 1-3 days of shipping by the courier services.

 

Tracking:

Your parcel can be tracked when the order fulfillment email has been sent. This will contain the courier service details, tracking number, and link.

 

Special Delivery Areas:

Additional charges may be required for special delivery areas. We will get in touch prior to delivery for the arrangement of additional shipping costs in the rare case that these apply.

Free Local Pickup (Cape Town, Gardens):

How it works: 

  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip the shipping fees.

  • Collection Times: Once your order is ready, we will email you to arrange a convenient collection time.

  • Final Pickup Date: All local collections must be completed by 14 February 2026.​
     

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY: All Sales Are Final

Due to our permanent business closure, all sales are final.

 

​We permit returns or exchanges only when the product delivered to you is damaged, defective, or if the incorrect product has been delivered to you.

​

Defective/Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch within seven (7) days of delivery of the product to let us know about the issue via our website contact form.​

​

Time Limit:
After 17 February 2026, we will no longer be able to process any returns, exchanges, or claims, even for defective items, as our operations will have ceased.

​

Condition of Return:

Please make sure that the returned product is unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. 

 

Refunds:
If a return for a defective item is approved, we will issue a full refund for the product price and original shipping cost. Shipping costs for non-defective items are non-refundable.

Gift Cards:

Gift Cards are excluded from the above policy and cannot be returned or exchanged. All gift cards must be redeemed by 10 February 2026.​

CUSTOMER SUPPORT & CONTACT

Our customer support will be available until 28 February 2026 to handle all final shipping and delivery inquiries. After this date, all communication channels will be permanently closed.
